• Zero-Card Storage: Payment details are processed directly by Stripe. We never see, collect, or store full credit card numbers on our servers.

2. Chrome Extension Safety & Permissions

Our Chrome Extension is built to comply with Google’s Manifest V3 standard and Chrome Web Store User Data Policies:

• Isolated Scanning: The extension only scans document contents when activated on recognized travel confirmation pages.
• No Keystroke or History Logging: The extension does not record passwords, keystrokes, form inputs, or non-travel web history.
• Secure Sync: Information transferred from the browser extension to app.suitcase2go.com and core servers is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS 1.3).

3. AI Processing & Email Parsing Security

• Programmatic Email Processing: Forwarded emails are parsed automatically by software routines to extract flight times, reservation codes, and hotel details. Raw email bodies are discarded or stored strictly in encrypted databases.
• AI Data Boundaries: AI trip analysis uses isolated model prompts. Your travel data is not used to train public foundation models.

4. Infrastructure & Access Controls

Suitcase2Go systems run on secure cloud infrastructure protected by automated firewalls, SSL encryption, and strict database access controls. Access to production systems and user accounts at app.suitcase2go.com is restricted to authorized systems and personnel.

5. User Data Control & Deletion

You retain total ownership of your travel data. You can export, edit, or permanently wipe your itineraries and account profile at any time directly through your user dashboard at app.suitcase2go.com or by submitting a deletion request to our support team.
