Suitcase2Go provides software applications, browser tools, and AI services designed to assist travelers in organizing itineraries via email forwarding parsing, browser-based confirmation DOM parsing, and automated AI analysis.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To access itinerary management features on app.suitcase2go.com, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellations

Suitcase2Go offers paid subscription plans initiated within app.suitcase2go.com for premium AI trip analysis features.

• Billing via Stripe: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Suitcase2Go to charge your payment method on a recurring billing cycle (monthly or annually).
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date through your account dashboard at app.suitcase2go.com or by contacting support.
• Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated during promotional offers. Account cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. AI Parsing & Travel Information Disclaimer

Suitcase2Go uses automated natural language processing and artificial intelligence to extract and analyze itinerary details from confirmation pages and emails. While we strive for high precision, you are solely responsible for verifying flight times, terminal numbers, booking references, and reservation details directly with your travel providers. Suitcase2Go is not liable for missed flights, booking errors, schedule updates, or financial losses resulting from parsed AI outputs.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Chrome extension or email forwarder to process fraudulent, illegal, or malicious travel documents.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract source code from the Suitcase2Go platform, web app, or Chrome extension.
• Bypass rate limits or abuse AI trip analysis API endpoints.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suitcase2Go and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the service, including airline delays, canceled travel bookings, or data discrepancies.
